same, loved it when he said hey, pretty girl.
a queer girl with a kitten? it’s new, it’s edgy.
(i’ve been told her name’s meant to be ‘princess’, but we all know she’s called india)
shes bloody gorgeous!
Last night, before the tree, you asked me a question. You wanted me to say the words. So I’m saying them. Right now. I love you.
From the age of 18 onwards I’ve always been 8 and a half to 9 stone, until 2 years ago when I was 23 I got at that ‘comfy’ stage with my fiancee and I put on 3 stone (see full photo of me) for me this was a big deal and I didnt realise how much weight I’d actually put on till I saw that photo. I’ve always been very slim and I was lucky enough to be able to eat whatever I wanted and not put weight on and I did take advantage of that too! I’d never eaten healthy or properly either. I had a very toned stomach, something which I worked hard to get to when I was in my early teens by doing 100’s of sit ups/crunches every other day.
So I decided to reduce my intake of bad food and takeaways (this was very hard as I enjoyed unhealthy food very much) and I started at the gym. I went to the gym at least 5 times a week for about 8 months. I never really noticed any drastic weight loss but carried on anyway as I was determined to lose the weight I had gained. I started eating better and cutting out bad food. I started making sure I was having breakfast every day, eating fruit and drinking plenty of water. Also started eating 6 small meals a day. It was hard to start with but now its just part of my daily routine.
Now 1 year between each stomach photo I feel so much better and I feel like I have finally feel happy with my body and the weight that I am at now. I currently weigh 8 stone 12pounds and its been about 2 year or more since I’ve weigh that.
If you put your mind to it and stay determined you will see results. It may have taken me a few years but it was definitely worth the wait.
